JOB ROLE :

Span of Control (Team)

Will have direct reporting of Area Sales Managers

Main Responsibilities

- Drive to achieve Sales target

- Responsible for budgeting and planning for Distribution Sales across categories

- Planning for Sales promotion activities

- Negotiate with strong commercial and financial awareness

- Should be tech savvy.

Qualifications : MBA (preferably)

Functional Skill Sets

- Should have team handling experience

- Should have a good product understanding

- Should be able to see the big picture & is creative

- Should be strong in verbal & written communication.

- Should have well versed with Demographics
