They are looking at a seasoned sales professional with experience into handling sales at PAN India level.
Designation: National Sales Head
Location: Mumbai
- Operationalizing sales plan to achieve value, contribution and market share targets.
- Strategizing on sales network mix from amongst the traditional distributor- retailer- direct dealer channel & emerging formats (e-tailing, Modern Trade) and achieving network expansion plans.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Pricing & Sales Hygiene
- Monitoring market & competition
- Identifying skills & competency gaps for the sales team and working out plan for addressing them with the HR team
Desired Qualification:
- Graduation and MBA
- Should have handled sales at PAN India level.
- Should be handling a sales turnover of 700 to 1000 crores.
- Should be in a team handling and strategizing role.
- Preferred Industries: Consumer Durables/ Consumer Electronics/ FMCG
