Urgently looking for National Sales Development Manager - PAN India with FMCG
Location : West India
Reports to : Sales Head
- No Direct reportees
Experience : 10 - 20 years of experience of which 10 - 15 years in FMCG sales
Key Stakeholders : Zonal sales head, Marketing, Trade Marketing, GDSO (Supply Chain Management), IT and Human Resources
CTC can go up to the 50 Lacs depends upon current CTC
Brief JD :
- Create a GTM model to drive penetration and shares in a highly cost effective manner while enhancing distribution points sustainability.
- Develop IT practices and tools to modernize the selling process thereby enhancing efficiency and productivity of the entire Sales Value chain
- Strong exposure to various Cross functional teams and stakeholder
