Urgent Requirement For National Sales Development Manager in Leading FMCG Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Will support the COO with driving the sales SOPs which includes formalizing, monitoring & tracking the key deliverables around sales & its processes.
- Will help drive overall sales development effectiveness
- Will be responsible for identifying & sharpening job descriptions at all levels of sales.
- Identify training needs & create training modules for each level from PSR to ZSM under train the trainer programmer.
Specific experience:
Initial 5-8 yrs of managerial experience at entry to mid sales operation level with exposure of at least 2 regions (i.e. north/east/south zone)
- Next 5-8 yrs should have been in sales process development & sales training at mid & senior levels
- Should have worked with reputed decently sized organization (500 cr. & above)
Overall experience:
- 10-20 yrs of experience within FMCG/Foods/Beverages
