Role: NRM - Key Relations  Location: Mumbai  Reporting to: Area Manager  Summary of Role:  - Develop and nurture key relationships with important business clients and provide leadership and direction to the business unit 	 Operational Responsibility: Sales focus, distribution planning for the team, training of channel partners on the various products and regulatory aspects  Sales Focus:  - Evaluate opportunities to maximize business growth for the unit.   - Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed Sales Targets for the unit  Distribution Planning for the team:  - Develop and ensure implementation of unit’s distribution objectives   - Ensure quality of market coverage through managing & evaluating efficiencies in distribution servicing costs  - Evaluate implementation of the Plan, to ensure inputs are provided to the advisors   - Ensure implementation of promotions   - Provide timely feedback on industry trends and business practices  Training of channel partners on products and regulatory aspects:  - Ensure proper training on products and regulations  - Review Sales plan of the partner and support their growth  - Enhance engagement of partners with the Company to ensure a long term and productive relationship  - Ensure regular updates are available and accessible by the partner  Code of Conduct & compliance of all statutory / regulatory norms:  - Adherence to the code of conduct by the unit  - Conformation to all financial and administrative systems  - Compliance with all statutory and regulatory norms  This position is more into strategy, launching event, marketing communication, MIS (Pan India)  Looking some one from Life insurance company with same responsibly into key account management for pan India(any bank as a key account or Nation broker)  You can call on 9766655772
