Profile - Associate Vice President - Digital Marketing  Experience - 12 to 15 years of experience wherein 8 to 10 years of experience has to be in Digital Marketing  Location - Mumbai (Goregaon)  Qualification - Preferably MBA  Reporting to - SVP, Marketing & Branding  Job Description:  This role is to lead the digital agenda for NPCI - the umbrella organization for all retail payments systems in India.   Responsibilities:  - Define our strategy across owned (Web and Mobile) paid (Media) and organic (Search and Social) channels  - Establish strong tracking across all customer interactions  - Implement and refine the attribution model   - Setup systems to analyse weekly and monthly campaign performance  - Set targets, goals and measure customer acquisition performance through various digital channels  - Drive engagement led campaigns to boost awareness / consideration at an overall brand level (with focus on social channels)  - Streamline and align content strategy to the changing needs of business Work on new product partnerships and digital asset development  - Brand custodian for NPCI in the online world  - Manage and Leverage NPCI brand for online medium  - Develop new initiatives with business team for NPCI in the digital arena  Desired Attributes :  - Direct Hands On experience of running large performance marketing programs (search, mobile app marketing, remarketing on all devices, programmatic).  - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like Facebook, SEM, SEO, programmatic, videos & experience in affiliate management & partnership  - Strong Experience in using data / insights & analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy  - Must be someone who is really excited by a challenge. Need someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere and work in a highly matrixed environment  - Must be a skilled leader who creates an inspiring vision, who communicates the vision well, and who leads by example through mentoring a high performing young team  - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
