Profile : Associate Vice President - Branding & Public Relations  Experience : 12 to 15 years wherein 8 to 10 years of experience has to be in Branding, PR, Market Research  Location : Mumbai (Goregaon)  Qualification : Preferably MBA  Reporting to : SVP - Marketing & Branding  Job Description :  This role is to lead the branding and PR vertical for NPCI - the umbrella organization for all retail payments systems in India.   Responsibilities :  - Define our Marketing and Brand strategy for NPCI and its products (Rupay, BHIM, UPI, BBPS)  - Briefing creative/research agencies (ATL, BTL, Media, PR and Market Research) and working with closely to ensure creative/marketing solutions are in line with the business strategy  - Create Engagement programs and Used cases for the NPCI Products at Malls, Corporate Parks etc  - Setup systems to analyse regular campaign performance  - Brand custodian for NPCI and brands  - Manage and Leverage NPCI brand for online medium  - Develop new initiatives with business team for NPCI  - Support for the Digital Marketing, Bank marketing, alliances, and enterprise marketing vertical & other departments within NPCI  Desired Attributes :  - Direct Hands On experience of running large brand marketing campaigns   - Strong Experience in Branding, Market Research and PR  - Strong understanding of Industries FMCG, Telecom, Banking industry   - Must be someone who is really excited by a challenge. Need someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere and work in a highly matrixed environment  - Must be a skilled leader who creates an inspiring vision, who communicates the vision well, and who leads by example through mentoring a high performing young team  - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills  - Candidate will be working closely with the Management Team
