Job Detail :
- Drive retail SOP implementation and adherence across the channel
- Provide training to store and regional staff with regard to Product Knowledge, Process knowledge and Soft skills required to deliver retail excellence.
- Drive retail secondary sales
- Merchandising Strategy & Plan for a season on the basis of sales trends and analysis
- Planning and executing unique consumer activations and BTL activities.
- Drive customer loyalty program across the channel
- Promotion Planning for monthly events and creation of Promotion and Activation calendar
- Identifying & activate new avenues
- Consumer activations, Retail channel marketing, Loyalty program management
