Channel Sales Manager - India  - The role of Channel Manager based in Bangalore will be responsible for the management & development of our Distributors and Business Partners.   - He/She will also be responsible to develop & execute channel programs and channel communication.  - The Channel Manager will report directly to Director, Sales India & SAARC).  Primary Contact / Style of Contact:   - Lead Client's Enterprise Channel Sales team and deliver on Channel Sales Objectives.   - Rolling quarterly Demand Forecast to Planning team to provision stocks no over-provisioning or shortage of stocks  - Coordinate with CSO and distributors, review and manage order fulfillment for Key accounts, large opportunities and Key Channels   Primary Job Focus:   - Lead and manage Distribution management   - Distributor Sales-in and PoS management  - In-bond sales management with distributor  Job Accountabilities:   - Lead, enable, engage and manage Certified Partners to deliver on business plans  - Lead, enable, engage and manage National SIs - Wipro, IBM, Dell etc  - Coordinate with internal sales team for supporting key accounts and large opportunities  - Minimum 4 years into National role.  - Must have experience in handling at least 5 National distributors, 50+ channel partners with minimum 5 crores business each.   - Must have experience in collaborating with sales teams to support with channels for key accounts and large opportunities.
