- Candidate should be a Graduate in Agriculture and Post Graduate preferably in Management from IRMA or MANAGE
- Should have Post qualification experience for at least 3 years in the related field of Sales management of Agro inputs Specially Agrochemicals
Salary : The value proposition of the group; + Local Maintenance allowance + furnished House + car with outside tax free savings of USD 18,000 to 24,000 USD per Annum + Group medical, Insurance and KPI based Incentive scheme
Desirable attributes :
- Dynamic, team player, result oriented sales and marketing professional with requisite experience
- Sales and Marketing of Agro inputs- Crop Protection Chemicals, Fertilizers, Seeds, and other agro related products like, micro nutrients, liquid fertilizers etc
- Experience in Sales Management, Planning, Channel Management-distribution network, Promotion of products through demonstration & Brand
- Experience in preparation of Sales budget for the territory - product
- Launch of new products, product registrations, formulation and implementation of marketing strategies
- Field, Product demonstrations, advertisement and promotion
- Controlling and assigning targets to the sales team, achieving weekly, monthly annual sales targets
- Proficient in Credit & Stock Controls
- Excellent communication- oral and written, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Some orientation in French is desirable but not essential, however, learning French is essential over a period of short span
- Self-Driven, adaptable to environmental changes, ready to work under pressure
- Would enjoy to take extensive travel across the country as and when required
- Should be System Savvy in ERP environment..
