- Be responsible for capability identification and creation across the HR function  - Leading the team in the vision of creating & implementing the transformation process of HR  - Leading the team towards digitization of HR processes  - Creating the internal & external environment to enable the transition to the digitized phase of HR  - Creating the framework and scope for digitization of various HR sub processes  - Liasioning with HR COE's to create governance frameworks for individual sub processes  - Leading the process of HR team to move towards a no email and paperless environment   - Implementation of the revised HR model of workflows and processes  - Designing the HR workflows to enable empowering of the Business teams towards HR process related decision making   - Designing the individual HR sub processes mobility platforms to enable ease of decision making   - Relook and rewiring the HR processes to make them user friendly and crisp in order to enable quick action and decision making  - Building and leading the direct and indirect team towards   Required Qualifications and Experience :  - Proven solutioning mindset  - Understanding of digtal linkages  - Preferable MNC/ Large Institution corporate team work environment experience  - Experience of having set up of processes and workflows  - Ability to take independent decisions and working within stringent timelines  - Ability to move and influence multiple stake holders  - Ability to work in a multiple partner environment  - 12yrs plus experience
