We are looking for Direct Sales professional with sound knowledge of Domestic markets and the ability to support the expansion plans.

To maintain and build the existing relationships and business opportunities in market.

- To review the business opportunities within existing markets for the brands that are not yet present

- To identify strategic growth opportunities

- On-going exploration of potential markets with continuous analysis of the marketplace reviewing competition, pricing and the courier and logistics environment Consider relevant business models for market entry and present a robust case to the Higher management

- Be an active participant within Group, working closely with counterparts to influence Domestic decisions and help shape the overall strategy.

- Represent the brand appropriately ensuring opportunities recommended are commercially sound against the Group's requirements

- Networking within and being politically adept to influence.

- External networking and understanding of the competitive leading Domestic market trends.

Driving the Business:

- Focus on understanding the core essence of the brand and take responsibility for driving Brand development within new markets.

- Set up the sales appointments ensuring all assets and samples are available and are presented to drive the brand at retail.

- Develop, monitor and negotiate the commercial terms for existing and new accounts

- Ensure sell-in and sell thru information is shared within the Brand and a thorough understanding of the key markets is understood by all internal stakeholders.

- Develop close working relationships with all the Channel partners

SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:

- Driven individual, motivated by achieving outstanding results

- Demonstrates Strategic awareness/thinking

- Strong negotiator, prepared to go all out to secure the best deal in the interests of the brand.

- Strong analytical skills needed

- Good financial acumen

- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels especially at the highest executive level

- Collaborative, an influencer with gravitas and resilience

- Ability to respond to change, and being able to adapt accordingly to changing circumstances and having the bravery to make key decisions and to back them up

- Commercial decision maker who is financially astute with an absolute emphasis on brand development

- Strong wholesale background ideally in fashion / sporting goods

- Experience of working within a young business,

- Be self-aware and understand the impact this has on others

Salary : upto 20 LPA
