1.Develop Quality Assurance standards and processes & train the teams - for all Loan

- Product Collection processes.

- Regular Monitoring on Individual State Movement Reports on Products handled

- Liasioning Guiding and Coaching the Asst. Manager / Team Leaders for Overall Achievement.

2.Monitor Daily/ Weekly Monthly MIS

- Define report specs, formats for MIS and frequency

- Liase with the Collections Team for checking the productivity reports

3.Portfolio Management Collections

- Formulation and implementation of collections and recovery STRATERGY

- Reporting Current Paid account status Region wise

- Delinquent Account Status - & CITY wise

- Distibution and assigning of Collection Cases

- Monitoring collector productivity - inhouse collection team & outsourced CPU , FCBU AND BCPU agencies

4.Training

- Guiding the team to achieve the end results

- Motivating the CREs and Team Leaders for better performance

- Identifying training needs for staff and plan the training requirement accordingly.

5.Team Building

- Undertake extensive reviews with teams to ensure that end objectives are met

- Guide Coach and Build the team for achieveing the best results

- Communicate targets to the tem and also ensure that deadlines set are met up regularly.

- Ensure that the Functional Check List for TLs and CREs are monitored regularly

6. Collections Related

- Preparation of Collections & Recovery Strategy for the entire region to monitor delinquent account.

- Check for SAP Module to be up and running for MIS

- Monitoring Front-End Activities (in-house telecalling)

- Monitoring Back-End Activities (External Collection Agencies)

- Compilation of timely MIS for delinquent account on Regional basis

- Update Call Center information to be handled by agencies at all times

- Monitoring Agency Pick-up
