National Delivery & Placement/Training Operations Head

Will be responsible for National Delivery & Training Operations including total implementation of processes & systems in the delivery vertical

Should have Strong Managerial & Administrative Qualities

Will be responsible & involved in the selection & training of Trainers & Training Executives/Coordinators PAN India.

Ensuring optimum utilisation of resources & co-ordination with other Departments

Regular visits to the centers PAN India.

Responsible for putting students in the batches after Admission

To Ensure quality of Training Delivery

A check on student development activities

Ensure student satisfaction and development

Ensuring the certification of the students with Certification

Executives and RDH.

Controlling Slippage & Leakage at all levels

Faculty Management & Rostering of PAN India

Ensuring Placements of students PAN India by ensuring excellent relations with existing clients & making new clients through the Placement Team
