We are currently looking for Program Manager to join our Development teams at our Hyderabad location in India.

- Has independently lead at least 2 projects as manager with a team of at least 15+ resources

- Experience in executing projects within CCMi/ISO development process

- Experience different methodologies - Agile, feature driven development etc

- Experience handling different stakeholders in product development environment

- Technically strong in design concepts - SOA architecture, Enterprise grade applications, Mobile applications, ESB products, design patterns,

- Hands on experience in Spring (2.x +), J2EE, Hibernate (3.x), web services

- Good understanding of data models

- Nice to have - Exposure to BPM and any BPM product

- Accountability

Own product development cycle

Engage all stakeholders (Business analyst, QC ) to ensure compliance

Plan complete lifecycle with stakeholders

Ensure compliance to design and architecture proposed

Ensure quality of deliverables

Ensure compliance to metrics of development
