Do you qualify to be a Healthcare domain expert- Interested in working for a leading Healthcare solutions provider- Make a difference today!  This role will see you heading the pre-sales team globally assessing through independent judgement and advanced problem solving skills.   Evangelist of Healthcare vertical solutions, the Pre-sales/Consultants will be viewed as a key resource in developing Napier Healthcare domain solutions, supporting end customer proposals, key stakeholder relationship building, and function as eyes and ears of Napier Healthcare for new developments in the Healthcare IT.  An ideal candidate for this role will have extensive technical (pre-sales and some hands-on implementation) experience in hospital information systems and health informatics experience coupled with strong communication and presentation skills  Areas of Accountability:  - Support and advice clients in designing solutions for their healthcare information system, selecting the right platform, and recommending appropriate software and services solutions  - Perform assessment, requirements analysis and recommendations for client in HIS/ EMR/LIS/Patient Portal/Mobility and other applications where necessary  - Product positioning: Understanding prospect's segment, business focus, pain areas and articulating a solution that addresses each one of these to derive maximum business benefit and operational efficiency for the prospect; product functionality analysis, RFP compliance and gap; creating and positioning our unique selling propositions; suggesting workaround available in the products to meet business process requirements;  - Thorough understanding of various types of tenders; preparing tender technical responses;   - Support solution team in effort estimation for configuration / implementation of product considering the functional and technical complexity of requirements.  - Leading the team to prepare demo's and POCs where necessary   - Supporting sales team with stake holders' mapping in the sales cycle.  - Plan implementation, maintenance and support cycle - Proficient with deliverables from presales documentation to post sales handover and project sign off.  - Interact with customers to help troubleshoot and resolve product problems or issues.  - Communicate with product development to improve on current design or to identify possible problems with design.  - Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new products offered.   May have to travel to client site in order to resolve customer and product issues  Desired Skills & Experience  - Bachelor or Master Degree in Public Health, BioMedical, Healthcare IT, Healthcare informatics.  - At least 10 years or more of Pre-sales Experience in a Healthcare IT Company.  - Must have independently handled full-fledged techno-functional requirements of HIS, LIS and EMR or other modules.  - Comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery business processes at healthcare providers  - Good understanding of the data standards related to healthcare business (example DICOM, ICD 10, IHE, HL7, etc.).  - conduct pre-bid meetings internally; attending pre-bid meetings and clarification sessions with prospect; RFP response collation from internal teams.  - Analytical thinking, problem isolation and solution, and negotiation skills- Documentation skills  - Advanced communication and presentation skills  Company Description  Napier was established in 1996 as a Healthcare IT Products and Services Company.
