NAC Jewellers - Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job Description:

- Responsible for Business and financial strategy planning including analysis and recommendations for improving product margin, cost controls and profitability analysis.

- Responsible to prepare budgets for the financial year and monitor the budget with respect to expenditures and adopting appropriate steps for managing the allocated budget and spending control, implementing internal controls wherever needed.

- Responsible for the overall cash management including receivables, payables, and working capital.

- Responsible to control and manage budgets through continuous review and proactive MIS reports and also ensure the reports has been send to the GM /MD.

- Responsible to co-ordinate with various departments for their specific requirements related to budget/finance.

- Responsible to coordinate with the internal and external auditors as a focal point for efficient management of the Statutory, Tax and Internal Audits as a part of Corporate Governance including finalization of P&L and Balance Sheet annually.

- Responsible to keep compliance with the Financial, statutory and Internal Control policies.

- Responsible for preparing the funds/cash flow statement periodically to forecast the fund requirement.

- Responsible for dealing with all the bank transactions including raising working capital limits/gold loan, term loans and submission of annual reports and stock statements to banks.

- Responsible for finalizing and submission of sales tax, income tax/ TDS documents/returns on periodical basis.

- Responsible to maintain the fixed assets accounting and arriving at depreciation ( asset management)

- Responsible to track receivables of the company, prepare age - wise analysis, put-up to top management and follow up with the Sales & Marketing for recovery.

Salary range - 8-24 LPA
