Facilitate the translation of business requirements into platform solution, data model/integration requirements.  - Design and develop end-to-end data architecture and models that effectively meets or exceeds requirements.  - Design and develop databases (multidimensional/warehouse as well as relational) that follow industry best practices  - Develop robust strategies for data acquisition, clean-up and data integration. Able to translate these strategies into ETL implementations as per industry best practices  - Able to facilitate, model and develop solutions for the handling of large volumes of data including Big Data  - Able to self-sufficiently learn new technologies, including Big Data tech, open source, as needed by business requirements  - Able to crisply and effectively communicate complex ideas, scope and options across a wide range of audiences (business owners, data analysts, software engineers, project managers as well as clients, if needed)  - Able to effectively collaborate with the Platform/System administrator to optimize query/ETL performance as well as the data model in order to scale up the processing of large volumes of data (structured as well as unstructured)  Technical Requirements  - 5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse design, development, optimization as well as lifecycle  - 7+ years of experience in Data Modeling (Dimensional, ER modeling) and Data Architecture (Staging, ODS)  - 6+ years of experience in ETL Development and management  - See Key Skills above  General Requirements  - Extensive experience in working closely and extensively communicating with business users and clients  - Experienced in creating crisp and clear documentation for business, functional and data requirements, architecture diagrams, use cases and BI/reporting related diagrams.  - Proven track record for meeting deadlines, drive for results and handling multiple projects  - Open to new challenges and learning on the job
