You have a high drive for results, strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills to establish a great rapport with our leaders, candidates & cross functional and hiring teams.  As a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager, you will be a hands-on Staffing expert and partner with our E-commerce platform, Strategy, Creative teams & Studios to recruit top notch Business Consultants, Marketing experts & Creative leads.   Role & Responsibilities :  - Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of Talent Acquisition strategies/roadmaps   - Managing end to end recruitment cycles as a recruitment champion you will own complete delivery and candidate management, setting the right expectations with your stakeholders, candidates & recruiters.   - Develop and implement best TA practices with a strong business acumen.  - Work closely with business stakeholders and the HR Team to drive the Talent Acquisition charter forward in a collaborative manner   - Manage and groom a team of TA professionals.  - Ensure compliance of recruitment processes & tools, generating MIS to draw valuable inferences to improve quality & efficiency of the recruitment engine.  - Brand building & & maintaining a high level of candidate interaction through social media  Individual Portfolio :  - Seasoned recruiter with 6+ years of relevant experience in delivering end to end recruitment for Management Consulting domain, Marketing & Retail with a high sense of accountability & urgency.  - Should have a strong learning agility & be passionate about creating & implementing innovative approaches and practices in Staffing.  - Good ability to source candidates preferably through social media & talent mining.  - Should have good knowledge of current external recruitment trends & market intelligence.  - Excellent communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.  - Be a change agent and should have the ability to work in an ambiguous environment.  - MBA/PGDM - HR (full time) from Tier 1 institute is preferred  We are driven by a better tomorrow, not just by past success.
