We have immediate requirement for Manager - Vendor Relations & Procurement

Qualification: Engineer from tier I institute with 3-4 year experience / MBA in Operations from tier I institute with 2-3 year experience in supply chain / Vendor audit / Sourcing & Negotiation

Location: Mumbai WH

Responsibilities:

- Build Vendor management platform / metrics, to develop Vendor performance index and to do a continuous monitoring of these matrices.

- Run basic analytics on Vendor performances and determine root causes for dips in Vendor performances and suggest improvements

- Source new vendors / negotiate on prices & ensure adherence to internal SOPs

- Work cross-functionally with different teams within & outside SCM in resolving issues

- Assist Head - Inbound Logistics & Procurement in SCM central planning functions such as budgeting, manpower planning, costing, profitability analysis

- Build a team of at least 30 people from scratch & manage them.
