Key Responsibilities   - Alliances & Partner management: Lead the discussions with senior leadership of alliance partners to define the vision for the partnership, put in place mutual goals and convert them into an action plan for both sides to execute on.   - Business strategy and planning: Develop and execute strategic launch plans for new partnerships. Work with key stakeholders on a regular basis on the state of key business metrics i.e. revenues, acquisitions, loyalty etc and initiatives to achieve strategic alliances vision.  - Deepen industry engagement: Will be responsible for determining customer market needs in various industry segments like Telecom, BFSI, FMCG, Corporate etc and grow revenues through use cases, managing partners and getting support for marketing campaigns and funnel customer acquisitions by leveraging their customer base.   - Demand generation: Responsible for demand generation of various product solutions like coupons, Gift cards etc. This includes working with other members in the category management team & marketing teams to come up with innovative promotions to bring in additional revenue.   - Payments & banking Offers - Manage all strategic partnerships in the payments space & work closely with various banks in creating successful campaigns around cash-back & other debit, credit card offers.   Key Skill Requirement  - Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.  - A passionate, self-starter, ready to take our alliances & partnerships vertical to the next level.   - Strong and successful communication skills, which includes the ability present to CXO level decision makers.   - Candidate must have superior communication skills.   - Knowledge of foundation level partnerships structuring within Internet, e-Com or retail space.   - The position will be based at Bangalore.  Devika H
