Role Overview:

- This role is the Business Partner for 150+ strong employee base in Branded Merchandising and Fashion team at Myntra.

- The role would be located in Bangalore.

- The challenge in the role lies in managing an established but growing Branded Merchandising team along with guiding the development of a nascent, yet very important Fashion team.

- The Fashion Destination project is a key strategic differentiator for Myntra and the opportunity is to build India’s first core Fashion team for an eCommerce company.

- The role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner for non- Technology departments of Myntra.

Responsibilities:

- Working with Talent Acquisition to define recruitment for key roles

- Driving performance management for the department and refining the system to align closely with business objectives

- Engage intensely with employees, identify and solve issues pro-actively (Minimum 30% of HRBP time is expected to be in conversations with business)

- Facilitate conflict resolution

- Policy interpretation on routine and exception issues

- Payroll management

- Adherence to compliance requirements

- Regular energy-building/team-building initiatives

Required Experience:

Experience:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant post-MBA experience in Business Partnering. Any industry is acceptable. Preference would be given to experience in org. structuring, job definition and Performance Management areas

- Must possess strong knowledge of basic HR processes, compliance and design of HR systems

- Must be strong on Excel and PPT skills

Qualification:

- MBA from Premier Institutes (XLRI, TISS, etc.,)

Desired Skills:

- High analytical skills and process mind-set

- Excellent communication and articulation skills

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- High ambition, energy and drive

- Comfort with high levels of uncertainty and chaos

- Ability and inclination to think laterally and offer fresh perspectives on people issues

- Ability to plan for and scale up in response to business requirements
