Key Responsibilities :  - Responsible for driving analytics for HR (across departments) for all people processes including hiring, compensation, PMS, Ops, L&D, Culture etc.   - Prepare succinct and meaningful reports capturing all relevant metrics on a periodic basis for the relevant stakeholders  - Understand the linkages of people metrics with business priorities; analyze the cause and effect of key trends and anomalies; and demonstrate the implications of these on the business  - Generate predictive insights from people related data which will help in effective planning and decision making for business   - Make the analytics function streamlined and standardized by developing dashboard templates, data capture mechanism, reporting methods etc.   - Be aware and ensure high level of trust and confidentiality in managing sensitive HR data and reporting  - Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR and Business; and ensure timeliness and accuracy of reports  Note: While 70-80% of this role will focus on HR Analytics; 20-30% will require co-designing and implementing leadership initiatives  Key Requirements :  - Experience in utilizing Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint to extract and summarize large amounts of data, perform analysis and create executive level reporting (Proficiency in any specific analytics tool will be a plus)  - Raw smarts, analytical mindset, attention to detail   - Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills  - Maturity and integrity to handle sensitive information  - Ability to collaborate and influence without direct authority  - High levels of ownership and accountability  - Ability to navigate through ambiguity
