Category Solutions Manager:

This role is responsible for formulating recommendations on the category-specific shopping experience, by partnering with category management, technology, and product development teams to implement these recommendations. As a category solutions manager for multiple categories, you will develop a clear strategy and business rationale for offering customer-centric features and functionalities, for a quality onsite customer experience and overall service.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and build that into the shopping experience for the category and portal. He or she will work with different teams across Myntra, and will be an effective influencer as well as a leader. He or she must be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams, and must be comfortable working with large amounts of data to make decisions and build business cases.

Professional traits not unique to this position, but necessary for Myntra Business Managers:

- Coordinate various project activities with different departments, follow-up on agreed upon milestones and maintain tracker for critical projects with weekly updates

- Help in articulating business processes in close collaboration with respective business stakeholders and streamlining

- Conduct analysis for assigned business problem by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions.

- Put together excel models for business scenario analysis

- Conduct Market research for an assigned topic to dig out relevant data and analytics

- Deeper analysis of consumer behaviors & trends, by reviewing the internal & external data

- Develop a short-term and long-term roadmap for growth and report to Senior Management on a regular basis

Basic qualifications:

- 4+ years of relevant experience

- MBA from Tier-1 B Schools

- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) and influencing skills

- Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation

- Self-directed focus and ability to prioritize within an ambiguous environment

- Drive to independently develop a data-driven point of view, and execute across with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, complex and unstructured cross-functional environment

- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results

- Ability to think analytically and strategically, with strong attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects

Preferred qualifications:

- 6+ years of ecommerce, product management, consulting or related experience
