Lead - Style Apps  Job Overview :   The Lead - Style Apps is responsible for creating innovative, tech-driven services to help consumers with their fashion and styling needs. This is a key initiative in Myntra's - Look Good- proposition, and a key differentiated for the company.  Will lead a small team that is passionate about helping users discover and improve their own personal style with non-judgmental and personalized advice and support.  Vision : Develop a long-term vision for this space; stay on top of the newest technological developments from vendors and competitors. Use these to inform Myntra's work.  Product : Based on a deep understanding of user needs and context, innovate Myntra products to provide the most useful styling advice  Operations : Manage a small team of stylists running the - Talk to a Stylist- (TTAS) program - which serves as an input channel for understanding user needs and for product development.  Prototyping : Similar to TTAS, create and run prototype services that inform our vision and product development  Skills And Expertise :   - Minimum 3 years working in a product development/management/user-experience role in the online/mobile space; minimum 5 years experience overall  - Strong interest in the fashion and lifestyle space - in particular for everyday consumers. An interest in design would be an added advantage  - Proven track record of innovation and user-centricity  - Excellent communication and team management skills
