Job Description -

- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, planning, monthly and quarterly performance reporting. Perform financial forecasting, variance analysis Vs actual on a monthly basis, forecast and supporting reconciliation of internal accounting

- Takes full ownership and accountability for performance reports providing validation and supporting documentation to business partners as required

- Identify process improvements areas. On approval, own the projects and deliver results

- Help in putting together business proposal based on trends. Put together excel models for business scenario analysis

- Retail/ Online experience is a plus

Ideal Candidate-

- MBA from top business school. 1-3 years of experience in FP&A on periodic performance reporting, yearly and quarterly budgeting / experience in finance or related functional area

- Knowledge of SQL

- Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation with attention to detail

- Quick learner with the ability to understand business and finance models with an eye for identifying ways to improve processes
