JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  Pricing: Responsible for driving Key Business Metrics for the category like Revenue, GM%, RGM/ Unit, Sell- thru, Slow-sellers through discounting changes  Marketing promotions: Should drive visibility/ promotion plans and coordinate the same between the marketing, category and store teams. Should effectively track campaign performance   Category Performance Management: Run weekly category performance reviews. Create templates, dashboards for operational, management reporting, Insight generation  Business Analysis and understanding: Conduct analysis for assigned business problem by collecting data from internal and external sources. Create excel models for business scenario analysis  Cross Functional Capabilities: Should be able to efficiently coordinate with revenue, marketing, planning, category and other functions of the organization  Take ownership to drive automation and proactive alerts/mechanism within respective functions  MUST HAVE:  Good Analytical Skills  Working Knowledge of SQL  Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc  Good Communication Skills  NICE TO HAVE:  Understanding of Sports Business  Knowledge of BI tools/statistics & Advanced Excel  Previous experience in Retail & E-commerce
