Designation: Associate Manager - Vendor Relations  Function: Supply Chain  Location: Bangalore  Job Responsibilities:  Logistics Operations:  - Liaise with 3P Vendors for improving lane wise performance and to ensure smooth last mile operations  - Proactively resolving 3P escalations within a stipulated timelines  - Monitoring pending deliveries, pickups and calling out risks   - Identify & define metrics that shall form part of the Vendor performance index and to do a continuous monitoring of these metrics.  - Run basic analytics on Vendor performances and determine root causes for dips in Vendor performances and suggest improvements  - Work cross-functionally with different teams within & outside SCM in ideating & defining processes and systems  - Initiating and driving performance improvement projects   Financial Analysis  - Coordinating with central finance reconciliation team for accurate and timely release of payments
