Prominent brands include Adidas, Nike, Puma, Catwalk, Inc 5, United Colors of Benetton, FCUK, Timberland, Avirate, FabIndia and Biba to name a few.   - You can also shop from some recently introduced labels such as - Roadster, Sher Singh, Dressberry, Kook N Keech and ETC.  Recognitions :  - Awarded 'Fashion eRetailer of the Year 2013' by Franchise India - Indian eRetail Awards  - Awarded 'Best E-commerce Website for 2012' by IAMAI - India Digital Awards  - Awarded 'Images Most Admired Retailer of the Year: Non- Store Retail' for 2012 by Images Group  - Awarded 'Best E-commerce Partner of the year 2011-12' by Puma India  Job Description :   Lead a team of HR Executives  - Collaborate with Business / Operations Team in Maintaining and ensuring 100 % compliance as per company policy and Compliance Audit Checklist in Warehouse location by ensuring timely closure and action planning   Ensuring adherence to various local laws and organizational systems & processes : Handling the obligatory compliances under various provisions of statutory laws (Submission of various returns, coordination with legal authorities under Labor Laws like PF, ESIC, Factories/ Establishment, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labor & Workman Compensation) incl liaison with govt authorities  - Conducting / coordinating Investigations on compliance cases and ensuring prompt closure in concurrence with organizational / legal framework while minimizing escalation / impact on business.  - Handling Employee Grievances, Conducting Domestic Enquiry and disciplinary proceedings and ensuring expeditious closure as per business requirement.   - Continually develop and engage front line managers / supervisors to improve people skills  - Provide on-going support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures.  - Work with Business / Operations Team and all other stakeholders to address all types of employee relations issues and ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests  - Partnering with the business to develop and implement programs, practices and solutions to attain business objectives.  - Creates a culture that values retention, coaching and introduce career development  - Provide compensation support including salary planning, resolving salary discrepancies, Managing promotions / job rotations / IJPs / Job relocations  - Experience of handling Statutory authorities and issues related to Mathadi workers.  - Handling day to day employee queries and providing prompt resolutions  - Manage contractual employees and issues related to demand for permanency.  - Manage large group concerns and avoid disruptive unionized atmosphere  - Coordinating with and assisting reporting managers for Mid-Year/ Annual Performance Reviews and Documentation as per framework and timelines  - Review and analyze employee / business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience  - Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, & skills assessment and development  - Establish a performance-oriented culture within warehouse by ensuring all employees have clearly defined business goals; and are appraised periodically and given timely feedback on their performance  - Preparation and execution of a comprehensive Learning & development plan for the WH.  Minimum Requirement :  - Must have experience in handling HR within Warehouse/Plants  - Should have handled IR disturbances situations / IR Grievances  - Minimum 1.5 - 3 years business/HR Generalist experience involving direct accountabilities in the areas of employee relations, IR, Contract Labor, L&D, benefits administration, job analysis and compensation administration  - MBA from a top tier B School preferred  - Marathi Language (Proficiency) required  - Experience of Mumbai is preferred, however Maharashtra work ex is mandatory
