And yet we know we have miles yet to go and we're always looking for like minds to help us get there.   About You :  The candidate for "Manager- Finance" would be driving the entire Finance function for the region(Maharashtra), he/she shall be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer  Ideal candidate must be from Franchisee set up background . Accountability and responsibility of Finance & accounts division would be his/her major role . A leader who can Lead, Manage and Drive the entire Finance Operations( banking, Treasury, Forecasting, Fundraising)  A multi-faceted role requiring the individual to provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions and ensure company accounting procedures and reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles.  - Involved in formulation of various systems, policies and procedures.   - Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis, Direct & coordinate LOB financial planning & budget management functions  - Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements.  - Procurement of Foreign Exchange Loans under different lines of credit and arranging guarantees from Financial Institutions for foreign currency loans in favor of foreign lenders.  - Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal  - Fixing up arrangements of working capital  - Arranging Suppliers' Credit and Buyers' Credit  - Liaisoning with Senior Officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance Companies, Mutual Funds, etc.  - Finalization of accounts, divisional & branch accounting  - Attending statutory auditors, internal auditors  - Accounting Standards and their implementation  - Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals.  - Costing - product and process  - Budget preparation and Budgetary controls  - Responsible for implementing changes in the Accounting Systems to serve the dynamic needs of the management  - To conduct internal monthly meeting to discuss all queries related to the accounts function and clear all pending issues.  - To conduct training programs for the accounts team at regular intervals for updates in Acts and implementing industry best practices.  - Raising Funds for the organization  - Recommend Benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performances.  - To maintain good relationship with external bodies like banks, regulators, auditors and external consultants for smooth functioning of the accounts department.  - To keep oneself update with the updation of accounting and finance laws and make necessary changes in the accounting system of the company.  - Responsible for follow-up and closure of outstanding issues in the reconciliations  - To ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA and all other applicable corporate laws.  - To conduct internal monthly meeting to discuss all queries related to the accounts function and clear all pending issues.  - To conduct training programs for the accounts team at regular intervals for updates in Acts and implementing industry best practices.  - Should have end to end working experience of p/l accounts, Budgeting, forecasting, fundraising, treasury .
