Job Role: Role is to study the third party contracts, solicit missing information, collation of data, inputting of data in the template, collect attachments from various systems and upload, coordination with suppliers and internal category/sourcing teams  Work timings - US Shifts  Key Accountabilities   - Monitoring contract progress in terms of coordinating with sourcing teams (WIP/Singed contracts)  - Monitor workflow and ensure the uploaded contracts are picked up for contract compliance  - Analyse the nature of contracts (Item based/Supplier based/Commodity based contracts)   - Based on the nature of contracts initiate contract compliance process  - Fill in the mandatory templates in the contract compliance sheet (eg. Contract start/end date, Payment terms, Line item pricing, etc..)  - Save and upload the contract compliance sheet (Ariba)  - Upload relevant supporting documents as part of Contract compliance process (eg. MSA, SOW, Amendments, etc..)  - Link contracts with various budgetary systems  - Ensure the failure transactions are dealt with sourcing/supplier and perform mandatory actions to upload the contracts  Required Skills  - Exposure to procurement and contract management/compliance process in Ariba  - Excellent analytical skills.   - Expertise in Ariba contract modules, compliance sheets, MS Excel, Powerpoint.   - Good communication skills (written and verbal)- would be required to independently work with the client.  Important :   - Candidate should have experience on Contract Compliance + Ariba (ERP)= for MT and AM  - Candidate should have experience on Contract Compliance + Ariba (ERP)+ Team Leading experience = for Manager
