Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As Recruitment Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for Recruitment across the non-Technology functions, including contract staffing, vendor management, etc:
- Responsible for managing complete Recruitment lifecycle
- Responsible for post offer / pre-joining engagement with the offered candidates to ensure there are no offer drop outs
- Partner stakeholders, understand manpower requirements and ensure the required manpower is onboard, as planned
- Drive cost efficiencies
- Develop robust Resourcing channels
- Implement best practices
- Maintain and publish Recruitment related data and analytics including completion / industry information
- Drive Innovation across the Recruitment processes
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 6-12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with e-commerce space
- MBA from premier institutes (nice to have)
- Experience in managing ramp up in fast paced, high growth environment
- Using innovative means to close positions fast and with cost efficiency
- Good understanding of Technology Hiring
- Experience in managing multi-location hiring
- Experience in Campus Hiring (preferred)
- Exposure to contract staffing, vendor management
