Job Description

Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing enterprise accounts, bringing forth a brand's vision for an AI chatbot and messaging program to life.

You will create strategy, project plans, help properly onboard the client, manage relationship, and more. You will also work closely with our global technology team to ensure deadlines are met and the client's expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day client relations with enterprise clients.

- Create detailed project plans and achievable timelines

- Coordinate with various cross functional teams to plan & deliver projects.

- Provide clients with a detailed overview of creative assets needed throughout the experience

- Lead status calls with clients

- Provide insight into go-to-market strategies

- Work closely with our Product & AI team throughout the process to provide insight and ensure all client expectations are being met.

- Retain and grow accounts.

- Responsible for coordinating global digital campaigns throughout several countries as a key member of our team.

- Develops, with all the team, digital media guidelines and supervise the control of their application in all his/hers plans.

- Identifies and shares with the team digital best practices/cases across countries

- Gives input on innovations / digital specific ideas for the development of global/regional/local strategic plans and activations.

- Takes a positive attitude always, embracing opportunities, resolving issues collaboratively and swiftly, and making sure that senior management are kept abreast of issues/concerns

Requirements / What We- re Looking For:

- 5+ years experience as a Key Account Manager, working directly with agencies / enterprise brands

- Experience working with a SaaS / Enterprise software

- Copywriting experience is a plus

- A strong track record for retaining and growing accounts

- Tech-savvy and an ability to quickly learn our technology

- Experience working within environments where data hygiene is important

- Highly motivated

- Superior communications skills
