RESPONSIBLITIES:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated person to setup and manage IPD’s Real Estate Service Delivery team in Mumbai. This team will manage the end-to-end data functions, product generation and associated client interactions for IPD’s suite of products.

Initially, the role will closely support the UK and Ireland markets and would involve travelling to London with senior team members for training and handover. This person will be responsible for recruiting, organizing and training the rest of the Service Delivery team.

The manager will play a key role in the initial success and further growth of the Service Delivery team in Mumbai.

The role would involve working in the UK / Central European timings to achieve close integration and coordination with the UK teams.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential Experience & Technical knowledge

- Overall 10 to 12 years work experience, including at least 5 to 6 years experience of independently managing medium to large teams.

- Proven ability to setup teams from scratch and managing knowledge transfer/ process migration

- Prior understanding of Real Estate data such as Property Valuation, Tenancy details, corporate actions etc. and exposure to professional real estate management is required. International Exposure to real estate industry in developed markets is preferable but not mandatory.

- Prior exposure to Indices and/ or Investment analytics products is desirable

- Experience in handling client interactions and managing relations with clients

- Experience in driving process improvement projects with keen focus on data security and efficiency

- Ability and willingness to ‘get hands dirty’ in the ground level processes

- Highly skilled in MS office applications
