Job Location : Bangalore  Job responsibilities :   - Must have played as a lead solution architect or solution integrator for medium and large deals (size up to $100mn)  - Leads/participates in customer workshops during the pre-sales/solution phase, and presentations and solution defense activities post proposal submission   - Must have a proven track record of handling medium to large competitive, complex deals and successful closure  - Must have strong exposure to one or more of the markets - USA, Europe and APAC  - Background in Insurance industry domain   - Should have strong delivery management background   - Demonstrated leadership in Pre-sales, Solution strategy/Architecture/Integration, Costing and proposal defense  - Works closely with sales, account managers and executive management to develop win themes for the proposals  - Promotes use of strategic solutions and offerings by the business development community and provides support to sales/proposal teams.   - Oversees all aspects of solution development, architecture and management processes from concept ideation through development, articulation, closure and transition to the delivery teams  - Play the role of a solution anchor working with technical, domain, delivery, finance and other supporting teams.
