Key Responsibilities :  - Responsible for leading the vendors program office and relationship with all TA vendors (RPO, Staffing Agencies, MSP) is aligned with Mphasis strategic needs.  - Align TA strategy and with Marketing/Branding strategy, work on all contracts and vendor selection.  - Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.  - Ensure that all global vendors are meeting all requirements. Resolves issues and improvement of the overall processes. Key point of contact for all TA global vendors including escalations and day to day oversight of RPO recruitment teams.  - Provide guidance and direction to Hiring Managers, Recruiters, Recruiting Managers on TA processes and operations. Understand issues, design appropriate solutions and resolve conflicting situations in a complex environment with both internal and external Key Stakeholders.  - Lead projects and project teams on new company initiatives  - Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization  - Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process  - Conduct weekly/monthly vendor review calls  - Conduct training to vendors and hiring managers, as reqd.  Skills Required :  - 8+ years of experience as an IT recruiter.  - Well versed with vendor management process.  - Know how of contractual hiring (is a plus) and the entire talent acquisition process.  - Should be adept with conducting market research.  - Must be self-motivated and able to work independently  - Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task  - Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills  - Master's or bachelor's degree in HR
