Job Description :  - End-to-End Project Manage the assigned Bid (RFX) for the client/geography/portfolio   - Engage in qualified sales opportunities to deliver a high quality proposal against tight timelines  - Manage the response process against RFIs / RFPs and ensure that all the milestones and deliverables get met in a timely manner  - Identify inter-dependencies and develop & track to an overall bid project plan with tasks, milestones, deliverables, and associated timelines for proposal preparation activities and tracks  - Engage, coordinate within the Bid Team (Sales, practices, COEs, Delivery, pre-sales etc) to help produce deliverables according to clients expectations, within time critical schedules  - Act as the initial escalation point for Bid-team issues. Formal progress/status reports published to Bid Team & Leadership team   - Interface with other Proposal Support roles (i.e., Technical/Domain Specialists, Proposal Writers, and Practices) and other internal sources to help build/populate the proposal documents.  - Facilitate pricing development. Work with Pricing to collate pricing approvals   - Ensure that compliance with all relevant aspects of Solution Design and Delivery process, business control, reviews and a timely closure of Approvals before Bid submission   - Drive towards secure all the bid-process approvals in a timely manner  - Deliver a final approved proposal documents to the Client in accordance with Mphasis business rules and standard processes  - Additional Support: Provide support in Lead Generation, Account Planning, Research, Collateral Development and Client visits  Pre-Requisites :  - Minimum 4-5 years in a Pre-Sales/Sales Support/Bid-Management role with strong RFP/RFI experience is a must  - Excellent communication & multi-stakeholder coordination skills is a must  - Ability to work under demanding situations ambiguous situations will be extremely useful
