Looking for a candidate who has extensively worked on analytics, big data, data mining, etc. The person should be someone who can work on data and not someone who can manage an analytics team alone.   The key responsibilities would be as follows :   - The candidate will be responsible for setting up a strong analytical team within Mphasis that delivers timely and value added analytics solutions.  - Lead analytics capability development, learning and training.  - Counsel, develop people, and manage talent identification and hiring for data analytics team.  - Work closely with Business Head - HR to create, manage and operate an overall Global HR Reporting & Analytics Strategy, Own the creation and execution of the Global HR Reporting & Analytics model and framework.   - Build awareness of analytics solutions and best practices in order to expand data-driven business decisions.   - Leverage creative solutions, analytics and visualization/ reporting techniques to enhance knowledge and drive actionable insights.   - Produce global HR Metrics to senior and global HR leadership on a regular basis. Monitor key performance indicators and adjust the focus of improvement efforts.  - Results-based quality delivery of data analytics solutions and services for the entire organization.  - Manage multiple stakeholders.  - Organize and manage quality review of data analytics operations delivery.  - Lead thought leadership articles - point of views - and business development initiatives.   - The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with data and analytics as well as an extensive understanding of human resource information systems (HRIS) and other related applications.  Desired Skills and Experience :  - 12+ years of experience designing and devising data analytics capabilities and solutions for HR primarily. Other industries would also be considered.  - Master's or bachelor's degree in HR, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Science or similar disciplines. Reporting and analytics experience required. A combination of education and experience will be considered.  - Management or Consulting business experience in Big Data or Data Analytics practice setup.  - Data mining, Data collation, interpretation & analysis, visualization and communication knowledge
