Business and Technical skills (Mandatory):   - Requirement of Finance or commercial background and preferably an MBA in Finance or CAs (Final / Inter), ICWAs (Final / Inter) with 6-10 years of experience.  - Ability to understand and manage Client Contracts, draft minor Contract Changes, identify risk areas and propose mitigation mechanism.  - Exercise commercial judgment w.r.t commercial / sales processes and controls, cost-benefits, risk mitigation including contractual governance.  - Understanding of Financial management, including accounting, reporting and monitoring, and the ability to identify risk areas.   - Should have exposure to P&L, forecasting, utilization, able to perform financial analysis.   - Good Communication skill and inter personal skills.   Business and Technical skills (Preferred):   - Good understanding and working knowledge in Excel  - Exposure to IT service industry and understanding of projects/ services principles is desirable   Responsibilities :   - Contract drafting and contract change management working closely with legal team.  - Establishment of Commercial Plans and Controls   - New Work order/SoWs reviews and commercial approval  - Management of contractual compliance and commercial risks   - Management of third party suppliers; (Other Requirements) The candidate should have well developed  knowledge, and contribute towards effective commercial & contract management activities and achieve commercial objectives and business targets   - Establishment and operation of control to ensure effective financial management and prevent revenue leakage & maximization of revenue.
