- This is real estate advisory for private wealth management.   - The role is to drive real estate solutions through the private wealth team for private clients which requires understanding real estate products / solutions from a private client perspective.   - Products / Solutions include managed products like real estate funds, ncds and transaction advisory & broking across residential and commercial real estate.  - Tie-ups with Real Estate Developers, Property Consultants for Outsourcing deals on RE, and Structured Deals.  - Maintaining relationships & logistical support for the RE desk to have a consistent build up of pipelines on deals & opportunities.  - Assist in Identifying Investment opportunities using research and market intelligence.  - Assistance in Due Diligence of third party products  - Prepare collaterals (spreadsheets, presentations, notes, etc) on Real Estate & related products.  - Handhold the RMs in site inspections, joint calls, etc  Experience :  - Essential: Min. 5 years experience in Wealth Management or Real estate Advisory and total of 8+ years professional experience.  Other Skills -   - On feet and hungry for new business ideas.   - Proficient at Microsoft PPT & Excel.  - Passionate about Real Estate.   - Excellent networker.
