JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY  Job Title - Analyst– Real Estate Investments  Department: PE - Real Estate  Area of Operation: Real Estate Investments  Location: Mumbai		   Reporting to: Principal  Job Summary: Candidate will be responsible for Building and refining complex financial models for valuation requirements, Analysis and interpretation of financial statements; ability to then convey conclusions and insights clearly which would enable to build a portfolio of Real Estate. Work with Principal and Investment team, maintain deal pipeline, track real estate deals etc.  Key Responsibilities:  Responsibilities -   1. Analysis and preliminary evaluation of deals  - Investment Analysis, (Financial Modeling) Market Intelligence, Research Support and Internal documentation.  - Evaluate investment opportunities in the Real Estate Fund and understanding of Real Estate Business.   - Creating and maintaining financial models and assist in reporting to internal and external stakeholders  - Maximize return in each deal through the analysis of deal effectively and identifying opportunities for improved performance  - Preparing Investment Memos and deal analysis dockets  2. Portfolio Monitoring   - Develop and track metrics to measure portfolio performance and assist in reporting to internal and external stakeholders.   3. Exit  Key Work Relationships:  1. External- Working with Developers / Legal Firm/ IPCs etc.  Person Specifications:   Specification -   1. Experience	  - 4-5 years of overall experience with at least 2 years of investment experience in Real Estate in India  - Experience in Deal evaluation   - Exceptional skills in the areas of financial analysis, valuation techniques, DCF, deal structuring and portfolio management   - Should be able to capture the commercial arrangement and structuring in the financial model  - Abreast with the due diligence and legal documentations around a deal  2. Other Skills	  - Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to succinctly present arguments  - Highly driven and self motivated   Educational specifications:  Specification -   1. Minimum Qualification - MBA/ CA  2. Preferred Qualification - MBA/ CA  Additional Certification / Trainings (desirable):  Training / Certification -   1.
