Looking for Associate Director - Coverage Banker (origination and execution) - Sector Expert: Consumer or Industrials or Financial Services or TMT_  - MBA from a reputed business school or CA  - 7-8 years of experience in investment banking   - Deal exposure: ECM, PE, M&A   Key Responsibilities:  S No./Responsibilities  (1) Responsible for growing the business through aggressive pitch in the Capital markets space including M & M, Private Equity, (both debt and equity)  (2) Develop institutional relationships with potential clients as well as PE/VC investor community. Helping generate business from existing portfolio of PE funds. Generate ideas/solutions for portfolio companies in respective sector. Marketing private equity ideas to investors   (3) Generate new business ideas, ventures and service offerings that could add to the firm’s existing revenue generation ability  (4) Actively involved with origination to execution of the mandate by closely working with deal team members and prioritizing efforts to meet project deadlines   (5) Ability to work with teams across business verticals on business origination efforts & executing client mandates   Behavioral/competencies :  - Strong communication and presentation skills  - Excellent business development skills, well-networked with the Medium scale enterprises.   - Strong client staff and relationship management skills   - Eye for detail	  Technical Competencies :  - Knowledge of investment banking, valuation, risk management, negotiation, managerial skills and multi-tasking abilities
