Mortgage Operations Lead - BPO

To head and lead Mortgage operations for leading BPO in India.

Role includes :

- Spearheading Mortgage operations (Across Geography) - voice and non voice operations.

- Ensure smooth Service delivery of the existing Mortgage,

- Take care of the Scalability

- End to end client management

- Escalation management

- Identify Improvement areas

- Participated in solutioning and presales. etc

Looking for only BPO Mortgage operations service delivery leaders - with strong expertise in leading a team of 250+ FTEs in Mortgage operations.

Should be a Mortgage domain expert with excellent Team Management skills as well.
