We also provide clearing services to Morgan Stanley House trading teams across ISG.   - We act as a valued strategic partner to our clients, enabling them to access new products, markets and services to meet the financial goals of their underlying investors. In partnership with our clients we also take a leadership role in the evolution of our business through our presence in new markets and on industry bodies.   - We work closely with our Sales and Trading stakeholders and Technology and Data partners on planning and building capacity to enable us to deliver innovative, bespoke client solutions and to meet the higher client expectations than are standard in non-fee paying client business.   - The service level the Operations team delivers differentiates us from our competitors and is central to winning and retaining business.   Group :   - Business Management team is responsible for all aspects of business management in relation to Client Ops including: analyzing, validating Global/Regional and Silo financials, headcount, budget submissions, allocations, location strategy and Capacity and Constraints modelling.  - We work closely with stakeholders to help them understand their allocations, budget and upcoming deliverables that may impact their businesses.   Role :   - The role will also serve as the support across the global and regional operations management teams, the global business management community and cross product groups through which management reporting flows.   Core responsibilities include :  - Internal/External Stakeholder engagement, including preparation of business analysis metrics for Business Units and aid COO in day to day responsibilities ranging from report creation, data manipulation, presentation of the material to internal and external Stakeholders  - Overseeing standard monthly processes such as Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) production, maintenance and deadlines  - Problem solving, Data Analysis and ad hoc work and coordinated across different Client Operations sub silos as needed  - Assist in aspects of Budgeting, re-forecast and reporting, ie data collection, data manipulation and presentation with great focus on accuracy   - Proactive day to day management and prioritization of tasks as required by the BM team  - Point of contact for Finance, Headcount and Stakeholder Engagement as part of the business management team  Skills Required :  Flexibility : Flexibility of thought and a willingness to engage in a wide range of issues at all levels of detail will be vital  Analytical skills : To evaluate critically the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile variances, and decompose high-level information into details.
