Mogae Media is looking for exceptional and result oriented sales person who would be responsible for driving awareness and usage of Mogae's mobile portfolio. The sales head will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met as per given standard and timelines, to ensure smooth operations of the company. The incumbent should have proven sales skills with successful record of attaining or exceeding sales targets.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing, developing and growth of advertiser and agency relationships through Monetization of Inapp inventory across all business models (CPI, CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA)

- Will be responsible for managing a team of 6-7 sales people spread across Mumbai, Gurgaon and Bangalore

- Revenue generation and achieve gross sales targets for the year

- Help advertisers build and execute effective mobile ad campaigns

- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers

- End to end ownership of assigned set of clients to scale up the account in terms of revenue and relationship

- Identifying and mapping potential business opportunities and use cases for up sell and cross sell of Mogae's mobile solutions and services within existing customer base

- Developing and strengthening relationships with decision makers and influencers in the key customer organization and drive penetration

- Co-ordination with finance for billing, recoveries and reconciliation

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should be passionate and aware of latest developments and trends in online/mobile advertising

- 8-10 years of sales/BD experience in the online advertising, internet, mobile/media industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of MS Office

- Have established relationships within the mobile and online advertising industry with top marketing decision makers at mid to large sized companies and agencies

- Should be passionate to work in the startup and entrepreneurship environment
