Base Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

Requirement: Candidates currently handling credit in Banks, NBFC & Fin-Tech Organizations.

Relevant experience: 8-15 years

Job Profile:

Credit Risk Framework:

- Responsible for design, development, implementation & validation of credit policies framework in the organization.

- Risk management including loss management and portfolio profitability.

- Responsible for building and constant updation of scorecards, tools for assessment for applications.

- Establishing required tools and techniques for application level monitoring, account level monitoring, portfolio monitoring and risk analytics.

- Managing Post approval reviews (PAR-audits) to ensure policy adherence.

- Conducting Compliance audits and concurrent audit to ensure policy compliance.

- Fraud Control through proper monitoring of specified triggers and evaluation of high risk profile cases.

- Identify and Analyse risks (Economic, Social, Political and Sectoral), Ensure Portfolio Diversification and Quality.

- Assist with the development and implementation of the company's Strategic Plan and objectives.

- Responsible for monitoring loan quality, management of delinquent accounts and credit risk grading.

- Responsible for credit control unit. (Credit Audit)
