Role & Responsibilities:  - To lead Sales and Admin Operations and ensure smooth functioning across all offices, Pan India.  - To lay down new processes wherever necessary to empower all the relevant departments.  - Ensure the monthly,weekly report generation to create accurate Dashboards.  Sales Operations:   - Overlooking product usage along with Account managers and ensure its smooth working.  - Overlook Account renewals and ensure no delay in the same.  - Overlook correct documentation/contracts are in place for new and returning customers.   - Incase of customer issues, liaise with customer support team and make sure the issues are resolved and the same are communicated for smooth functioning of the account.  - Ensuring deployments are done within defined time lines  - Coordinating with the team for outstanding collections/receivables and liaise with Finance to plan the cash flow accordingly  Admin & Purchase Operations:  - Ensuring smooth running of Offices Pan India and smooth Admin operations.  - Vendor Management  - Overlooking Asset tracking  - Hardware planning and mgmt. along with Sales head. Forecasting H/W and hardware mgmt keeping cost to minimum   - Overlook Travel and Logistics in the most cost effective way.  Soft skills:  - Excellent Oral & Written Communication.  - Good Problem solving skills.  - Calm, Composed, Confident and levelheaded individual.  - Excellent Team leading and grooming record.  - Experience in Startup Culture.
