Looking for 2 Inside Sales Executives; one for Manila and one for Singapore Market.  Key skills: International Cold Calling, Online / Phone Selling, Lead Generation & Lead Grooming  Experience: 3+ yrs.  Work Location: Mumbai, India  Role & Responsibilities:  This role of Inside sales executive revolves around good communication skills and persistent sales efforts which entails the following :  - Proactive outbound call management on prospect lists to qualify and convert to sales opportunities.  - Manage prospecting, generation of new leads & conversion with phone & web based sales tools for respective Overseas market viz Singapore & Manila.  - Maintaining the sales funnel, daily reporting and best practices documentation. Work with overseas team with active communication flows.  - Consultative sales approach with prospects and clients to understand their F&B work practices to solve their problem with Mobikon platform solution.  Desired Skills & Qualifications :  - Good communication with fluent English  - 3+ years of proven experience in outbound sales function is a must  - Experience in outbound sales with overseas clients OR F&B customers is preferred  - Technology savvy and a willingness to learn new systems  - Customer focus & Team Player  - Energetic, driven, self-starter with high levels of initiative  - Thrive in a start-up, fast paced, competitive environment.  - Skill in handling conflict resolution, creative, timely, and effective problem resolution.  - Professionalism and integrity.
