Job Description:  Customer Business Solution Requirements:  - Liaise with the Regional PS Consultants or Clients to analyse the requirements, determine and document the proposed solution.  - Identify product configuration and customisation requirements  - Carry out or assist MSDC Consultants in configuring/customizing Misys applications as per business requirements.  Consultancy:  - Deliver functional consulting on assigned products to ensure clients are able to successfully use our solutions  - Design & present training courses to our customers  - Advise clients on test planning to ensure successful solution implementation  - Support the User Acceptance & Operations testing of the system with the client  - Analyse and Resolve/escalate issues during UAT & Operations testing. This will include detailed issue escalation and resolution through interaction with other Misys departments and, where appropriate, the escalation of complex or system wide issues to the Project Manager.  Reporting/Documentation:  - Document problem resolution to make them available for future reference by other Consultants, e.g. useful notes; file the documents in the Knowledge Base.  - Produce reports and/or documents as required  Development of tools/processes to enable reuse of configurations and increase productivity.  - Present with the ideas of tools/processes to enable reuse of the work being done at MSDC.  - Present with the ideas of tools to help PS teams during implementations of Misys applications at client site.  - Present with the ideas to improve quality of the delivery from MSDC.  Skills Required:  Technical Knowledge -Should be able to write SQL statements and stored procedures  - Successful completion of a Bachelors Degree or relevant Business/Banking experience.  - 6-10 years of experience, with at least 4 years of consulting and implementation experience of Treasury and Capital Market solutions.  - Deep understanding of Treasury and Capital Market solution and processes.  - Good understanding of the technical architecture for a software solution.  - Good knowledge of SQL and unix commands.  - Should be ready to travel on short or medium term assignments on need basis
