MIS Executive - Finance & Auditing - CA - Industrial/Mfg

Designation

- In-charge of Sales MIS and Reporting

Major Areas of Responsibility:

- Monthly reporting internal as well as to US on timely basis and related workings.

- Analysis of P&L, derivation of KPI.

- Necessary support to field for their respective analysis etc

- Scrutiny of Trial Balance with reporting of variances or key indicators.

- Compilation and compliance of Cost Audit Records requirements.

- Support in Tax and Statutory Audits with preparation on necessary schedules and notes to accounts. Ensure that no adverse comment is received.

- Providing relevant, accurate, and timely information to management for decision making, develop strong internal business relationships, managing performance of relevant metrics in line with business objectives and goals.

Qualifications: CA(and Preferably)

Experience: 3-5 years

Critical Factors:

- Effective communicator with drill down analyticall skills

- Strong accounting and excel skills

- Ability to understand all the technical work performed by team members and therefore the ability to step in and get hands on when required

- Should have exposure to ERP. Preferably Oracle.
